Howdy loyal Bacon Banditos!
On behalf of me and my messed up head, welcome to 2009! And thank God. 2008 couldn’t end fast enough. There are some exciting things happening around the Fake Rockstar Universe this year. As you’ve probably heard, this is the 10th Anniversary of the nutty nuttiness that is Barkeater Lake! And we made a blog in celebration of such fine baconified gloriousness: 10th Anniversary Blog.
In the coming weeks – After I get some sleep – You will all be witness to the early artwork of Barkeater Lake, read stories of how my twisted brain came up with such a monstrosity and one lucky reader will even have dinner in the actual Barkeater Lake, with the entire cast!
Really. They’re real. IT WILL HAPPEN. I AM NOT CRAZY.
On a serious note, We’d like to try and make this a year of giving back through our Fake Rockstarness. We’re starting a blog for Banks, debuting later this month, to help bring attention to the thousands of shelter pets out there that need a home. I have some other ideas for giving back, but I’ll wait to divulge my plans.
ANYWAY… That’s the news. I hope you all enjoy the new road we’ve veered onto.
