I'm exhilarated enough just living in NYC, but when I encounter people who are moving to NYC I get more exhilarated. The one place in the world where there's stimulus and rewards for everyone (of whatever kind one likes and in whatever amount one can handle) ... and room for more no matter how crowded it gets. Who knows - the Times' Real Estate section "The Hunt" or "Habitats" column (respectively, a weekly story about a home-hunting odyssey and about adapting space into a suitable lodging) may end up featuring Corey and his household. Too "public, like a frog" for Emily Dickinson types, perhaps, but most Web-generation people are fine with it, and it's always a blast to read the stories.
