Last year, we found, baked and devoured the bacon chocolate chip cookies posted here: Illegal treat. It was an exercise in confectionery bliss I thought would never be matched again.

BUT THEN…

I stumbled across something incredible, courtesy of the good folks over at Neatorama: Bacon cupcakes. I would like to personally thank the fine folks with the courage to attempt such culinary beauty. We will give these try and I’ll certainly let you all know how it goes.
