Q. What’s the sizing on the shirts?
Men’s American Apparel: S(34-36) M(38-40), L(42-44), XL(46-48), XXL(50-52) (chest sizes in inches)
Women’s Bella Baby Doll: (US sizes) Small 0-4, Medium 4-8, large 8-10; (UK sizes) Small 8-10, Medium 10-12, Large 12-14
Q. My order has not arrived yet. Can I change my order to something else?
A. Please email us at orders@fakerockstar.com, with “Merch Inquiry ” as the subject line of your email. We’ll do our best to accommodate you. Remember to include all the details from your Paypal receipt or we may not be able to locate your order.
Q. What is the shipping cost on the shirts and books?
A. Shipping is calculated based on your location and quantity of your order. Books are shipped via USPS Media Mail, all other merch is sent via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or Global Priority, if shipping Internationally. Our experience is that Priority Mail is the most reliable, hassle free of the shipping choices. If you’d like us to ship your items another way, drop us an email and we’ll be sure to accommodate your needs best we can.
Q. I don’t have/like paypal. Can I pay by check or money order?
A. Yes, you can. Email us and let us know what you’d like and that you’d like to pay by check/money order. We’ll forward you a balance and where to send the check.
Q. I don’t trust the postal service, can I have my items delivered another way?
A. Email us if you have special requirements, We can offer signed-for or insured delivery for an additional charge.
Q. My purchase hasn’t arrived, where is it?
A. Very occasionally, things go missing in the mail - electronic or regular. If you haven’t received your book or t-shirt within 28 days, something may have gone wrong. Most orders are turned around within 10-14 days, so shoot us an email and we’ll find out what went wrong. We ship on Wednesdays and Fridays, so keep that in mind when you place your order.
Q. Do you have any of (unavailable shirt or book) left? I noticed it disappeared from the site.
A. When a product leaves the FRS shop, it’s usually because it’s completely out of stock. Its possible that I’m waiting on printing, or have decided to discontinue the product altogether. Email me and I can let you know the sit.
Q. Who prints your shirts? Who prints your books? Who ships them?
A. T-shirts will be printed by I Hate T-shirts of Portland, ME. They do a lot cool shirts and the quality and selection is great. Our books are printed by the Copy Center in Augusta, Maine. They have exceptional quality and prices for being in the US. Everything ships from the huge warehouse that was our guest room. We have a full service packaging and shipping operation there. Complete with dogs and pie.
